Role title – Site Administrator

Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile Data Center construction site in the Netherlands. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative, logistical, and compliance-related tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and HSE teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site documentation, including permits, RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements), attendance logs, safety records, and delivery dockets.
• Support onboarding and induction of subcontractors and new team members.
• Maintain daily site reports, timesheets, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, take minutes, and manage documentation flow between site and head office.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for deliveries, PPE, and equipment needs.
• Assist with compliance documentation for HSE and QA/QC reporting.
• Organize and manage site access control and badge issuance.
• Ensure all records are maintained in line with ISO and client standards.
• Provide general administrative support to project and site managers.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction site administration (preferably on data centers, industrial or mission-critical sites).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• EU work permit or right to work in the Netherlands is essential

Desirable:

• Familiarity with data center environments, technical teams, and health & safety protocols.
• Experience working with international contractors or clients.
