Job Title: QA/QC Inspector – Data Centre Construction

Gertek is seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead QA/QC Inspectors to join our team for data centre construction projects. The ideal candidates will ensure all construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inspections of HVAC, piping, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
• Review and approve inspection reports and documentation.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes (ASME, AWS, ASHRAE, NFPA).
• Conduct audits and performance evaluations.
• Manage and maintain QA/QC records and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA/QC processes.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project management.
• Perform inspections of structural/mechanical/electrical, and other installations.
• Conduct material testing and inspections.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Mechanical QA/QC experience, including leadership roles
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quality management systems.
