Job Title: Process Technician (Medical Device)

Summary: Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure efficient and compliant production of medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process or equipment malfunctions.
• Collect and record process data accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (GMP, ISO).
• Assist in process improvement activities.
• Document all work performed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
