  • Serve as Process Engineer for Fill Finish Manufacturing site
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of aseptic fill finish manufacturing to provide design input for equipment commissioning and qualification
  • Manage single-use design, onboarding, and qualification processes
  • Represent the site on cross-site teams to standardize single-use assemblies and procedures
  • Collaborate with supplier technical teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective communication
  • Act as the technical representative on site cross-functional teams for design updates and introduction of new single-use technology
  • Develop process flow diagrams for new product introductions and technology transfers
  • Standardize process flow diagrams across products for New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Coordinate with NPI Lead for product transfer requirements and process improvements
  • Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for investigations and process efficiency monitoring
  • Author gap assessments, facility fit studies, process safety, and risk assessments for NPI
  • Prepare scientific reports, technical documentation, and presentations to communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Hold a third-level degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or equivalent
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in the life science sector
  • Have experience in technical roles in at-scale manufacturing in a fill finish facility


  • Experience with new product introductions/technology transfers to fill finish manufacturing facilities
