Title: Network Lead – Program Manager

Primary Function:

We are seeking a Network Lead – Program Manager to drive the planning, deployment, and optimization of our global network infrastructure. In this role, you will lead large-scale network programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our network operations. You’ll play a key role in developing strategies, managing complex projects, and improving overall network performance to support our business growth.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for global network infrastructure initiatives, including capacity planning, deployments, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align network projects with company objectives.
• Drive execution of network expansion, optimization, and migration programs while ensuring minimal service disruption.
• Develop and implement best practices for network performance, security, and reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor and track key project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize costs, and improve overall network efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8+ years in network program management, network engineering, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, SDN, BGP, MPLS, Data Centers, Cloud Networking).
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale infrastructure programs using Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve operational challenges efficiently.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Tools & Platforms: Experience with network monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
