Electrical Lead/Supervisor

Location: Netherlands NL

Summary: Responsible for overseeing electrical installations and operations on data centre construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Supervise installation of electrical systems (power, lighting, grounding, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other trades and project management.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Manage materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical construction
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
• Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Safety conscious.
