Commissioning Manager – Data Center Construction/Expansion

Job Summary:
The Commissioning Manager will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of data center projects. You will lead and oversee the entire commissioning process, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are installed, tested, and operational according to specifications and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans for new data center construction and expansion projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead the testing and validation of critical data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling systems, security systems, and network connectivity.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Identify and resolve commissioning issues and deficiencies in a timely manner.
- Manage and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data center commissioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commissioning
- Experience with various commissioning tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
